Pharmachologic effect. The active ingredients in the Antipar preparation have a detrimental effect on pathogens of bacterial and fungal infections, as well as on protozoa and helminths localized on the integumentary tissues of the body, gills and fins, and promote healing of traumatic skin lesions. The therapeutic effect of the drug is based on the binding of intracellular cytoplasmic structures by malachite green and protein denaturation with formalin, which completely disrupts the metabolism of pathogens. Antipar is moderately toxic to warm-blooded animals (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), slightly toxic to fish, does not cause local-irritant and resorptive-toxic effects at recommended concentrations.
