It is called the food of the Tibetan lamas. The mental equilibrium of the Tibetans, their vitality, wisdom, physical endurance were the result of more than meditation. It was hemp porridge, so simple in composition but unusual in strength, that supported the general harmony and long life of the Tibetans. Hemp porridge contains natural components of great biological strength: hemp seeds, linseed flour and specially prepared barley and oat flour (tsampa, as they say in Tibet). All this provides the body with the most important vital substances.
