Pumpkin is grown in the foothills of Altai, one of the most ecologically clean and safest Russian regions. After the pumpkins ripen, the seeds are gathered, dried, and thoroughly selected. Selection and sowing of seeds are manual, which makes the whole process more ecological and quality. Pumpkin seeds can be added to yoghurt, home-made granola, bread dough, salads with noble cheeses, and even soups. For example, you can sprinkle pumpkin cream soup with seeds and olives!
